Heirloom Tomato Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients

3 large heirloom tomatoes, thickly sliced

1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste 

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 

1 tbsp capers, drained 

  1. Drizzle tomatoes with vinegar and olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Top with fresh chopped parsley and capers.
