As a food coach, I focus on helping people problem solve, trouble shoot, and create lifestyles around food that feel authentic and sustainable. There are no quick fixes or easy buttons, but once things start to click, you’re set for life.


Culinary Training

I grew up working the family business of creating recipes and resources for the home chef. I understand what’s realistic, where the shortcuts are, and how to make the most out of a limited amount of ingredients.



With a background in stand up comedy, my goal as a speaker is not just to inform, but to entertain. I fully believe that if you can make someone laugh, you can teach them anything, and that’s what I try to bring to all of my speaking engagements.
