If you’re not familiar with the term “Flexitarian,” it’s basically just a trendy word that means “mostly plants.” In this class you’ll learn to center your meals around fresh healthy plants, using meat and dairy products to enhance and support the wonderful flavors from the earth.
Whether you’re a novice that wants to feel more comfortable in the kitchen, or an avid cook that wants to incorporate more plants into your diet, this class caters to cooks at every level.
