Heart Shaped Ricotta Gnocchi with Sage Brown Butter Sauce Cooking Class

In this hands on cooking class, you’ll learn how to make pillowy soft Ricotta gnocchi from scratch + a rich brown butter sage sauce to go with it, along with some decadent chocolate covered strawberries with smoked sea salt to cap off this special Valentine’s day cooking class.

All skill levels are welcome. Everything from the aprons to the cooking equipment is provided for you, so all you have to do is show up, have fun, and prepare to eat some delicious food
