Shortcut Guacamole

Serves 6-8

Ingredients

3 large avocados, peeled and pitted

3-4 tbsp fresh lime juice

Salt to taste 

1 ½ cups prepared pico de gallo

  1. In a large bowl, mash avocados with lime juice and salt. 

  2. Stir in pico de gallo. Season with more salt to taste.
